EXTA20

- in Nyheter

It’s so much fun to learn languages with other students who have no idea what they’re doing either!  I love my Swedish class, even when I don’t understand what page we’re doing exercises on.  Luckily,  I was able to enroll in this half-semester long course for exchange students through the Engineering Department.  My main goal for the course is to perform well enough on the final exam in order to continue on to another class in the second half of this semester.  It’s funny that they cut out the worst-performing students, when in theory they are the ones who need the most help.  Or maybe they think they’re the least motivated…?  Something interesting I noticed about the class is that, apart from myself and maybe four others,  most of the thirty people in the course are from Europe.  I find this interesting because there are many students from Asia in the Engineering Department, yet not a single one in this language course.  Why, I wonder?  Are there some in the two other EXTA20 sections?  Insightful comments appreciated, as always.
