I am totally obsessed with the Icelandic singer’s 2010 solo album, “Go.” It is fantastic! I’m a fan of Sigur Ros, but was always a bit depressed by many of their songs. This new album is magical AND energetic! I want to go back to Iceland after listening to “Tornado” on repeat and reading interviews with Jonsi and Nico Muhley (classical composer and who arranged most songs on the album). It’s a beautiful country, and I’ve heard is one of the least changed over the centuries?? The landscape is beautiful- a desolate and uncompromisingly dramatic wildness!
