I do not like the grading systems in Sweden. and that’s probably because I’m not a great test taker. For my class last semester, the final grade was only based on the final exam, which seems unfair if you’re a bad test taker or even just have a bad day. and that bad day will ruin your grades. Luckily, more classes are pass/fail than in the US and they do allow you to retake the final exam and sometimes it’s easier than the first time around.
